UYIGF 2024 Agenda

The Youth Internet Governance Forum (Youth IGF) is a global initiative that empowers young people to actively participate in shaping the future of the internet. It provides a platform for youth to engage in discussions, share their perspectives, and contribute to decision-making processes related to internet governance. By fostering a collaborative environment, the Youth IGF aims to educate and inform young individuals about critical issues such as digital rights, privacy, cybersecurity, and the impact of emerging technologies. Through workshops, debates, and interactive sessions, participants develop the skills and knowledge needed to advocate for a more inclusive and equitable digital world.

The Youth Internet Governance Forum (Youth IGF) will take place on 1st August, 2024 at the Innovation Hub, UICT Nakawa, Kampala. This years YIGF will be held under the theme “Building a Multi-Stakeholder Digital Future for Youth in Uganda”.
