Rita Ngenzi is the Executive Director of the Innovation Village Hub and the Founding Executive Director of the Africa Creatives Alliance, where she leads programs supporting entrepreneurship, digital transformation, and creative economies.

Johnson Tumusiime is a cybersecurity, privacy, and IT governance specialist with 11+ years’ experience leading large-scale technology and cybersecurity initiatives across Uganda’s public sector (pages 1–2). As Manager, Governance and Risk at NITA‑U, he oversees IT risk identification, GRC frameworks, privacy compliance, vendor risk, and coordinates NISF implementation for government agencies (page 1). He has supported 40+ MDAs, holds certifications including CISM, CISA, EC|CIH, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, and CDPO, and earned an MBA (ICT Management) in 2024 (page 1). Maurice Taremwa is President of the ISACA Kampala Chapter and Senior Manager, IT & Continuous Audit at Equity Bank Uganda Limited. A lawyer and Digital Trust Advisor, he works at the intersection of technology, law, and assurance. His expertise is grounded in degrees in Computer Science (Makerere University) and Law (Cavendish University Uganda), together with an MSc in Information Security and Digital Forensics from the University of East London. He is a CISA , ISACA Global Trainer, and an ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor and Lead Implementer, with more than 14 years of experience in Uganda’s financial services sector."

Emmanuel Mugabi is an Author, Speaker, Mentor & ICT professional with over 15 years’ experience in the areas of ICT Governance, Risk, Cybersecurity, Assurance, Data Protection, IT Audit, Privacy, Digital Transformation consulting and Regulatory compliance. Emmanuel has offered advisory services in these areas for many organizations across both public and private sectors.

Jovia Kusiima is a seasoned project manager, an advocacy champion on Mydigitalrightsproject, Menstrual justice educator, social impact leader, and entrepreneur. She serves as Vice Chairperson of the European Union Delegation to Uganda Youth Sounding Board and is the Founder of Greater Impact Africa and Afri Jewellery UG. As a digital champion on MyDigitalRightsProject , she brings a youth and gender-inclusion lens to internet governance, and takes the stage at Internet Governance Forum to share insights on the role of Young People in Shaping Uganda’s Digital Future.

Bart Cornille is a Digital Innovation Expert with Enabel, the Belgian Agency for International Cooperation, where he leads and supports digital transformation and innovation initiatives across Uganda. He has extensive experience in designing and scaling digital solutions for education, skills development, entrepreneurship, health, governance, and economic development. His work focuses on applying design thinking, digital technologies, and innovation ecosystems to address complex development challenges through collaborative partnerships with government institutions, academia, civil society, and the private sector.

She is a lawyer, digital rights advocate, and gender equality practitioner with over a decade of experience promoting access to justice and inclusive digital transformation. As Programmes Manager at CEDOVIP, she leads initiatives on gender-based violence prevention, women's empowerment, and digital inclusion. She previously served as Legal Services Manager at BarefootLaw and currently sits on the Board of Pollicy, contributing to policy discussions on digital rights, AI governance, and responsible technology.
