Biography
Bart Cornille is a Digital Innovation Expert with Enabel, the Belgian Agency for International Cooperation, where he leads and supports digital transformation and innovation initiatives across Uganda. He has extensive experience in designing and scaling digital solutions for education, skills development, entrepreneurship, health, governance, and economic development. His work focuses on
applying design thinking, digital technologies, and innovation ecosystems to address complex
development challenges through collaborative partnerships with government institutions, academia,
civil society, and the private sector.
