Maurice Taremwa is President of the ISACA Kampala Chapter and Senior Manager, IT & Continuous Audit at Equity Bank Uganda Limited. A lawyer and Digital Trust Advisor, he works at the intersection of technology, law, and assurance. His expertise is grounded in degrees in Computer Science (Makerere University) and Law (Cavendish University Uganda), together with an MSc in Information Security and Digital Forensics from the University of East London. He is a CISA , ISACA Global Trainer, and an ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor and Lead Implementer, with more than 14 years of experience in Uganda’s financial services sector.”
