The Uganda Internet Governance Forum (UIGF) is an annual, multi-stakeholder platform for discussing internet governance issues in Uganda. Established in 2006, the UIGF aligns with the global UN Internet Governance Forum to examine public policy questions related to the Internet.

We invite all stakeholders to help shape the UIGF 2026. Through this open call for thematic input, individuals and organizations from every sector are encouraged to share perspectives on emerging issues, priorities, and challenges in the governance of digital technologies in Uganda. Submitted contributions will inform the overall theme, subthemes, and programme of the annual meeting. The UIGF Secretariat will review all submissions to ensure a transparent, bottom-up process for developing the thematic framework for UIGF 2026.
